Common Infrastructure Know-How. As between J&J and Kenvue, Common Infrastructure Know-How shall be jointly owned by J&J and ▇▇▇▇▇▇. Notwithstanding the immediately preceding sentence, neither of the Parties shall be permitted to make Common Infrastructure Know-How public or otherwise destroy or impair the confidential and proprietary status of Common Infrastructure Know-How without the advance written consent of the other Party.
