Common use of COMMON ITEMS Clause in Contracts

COMMON ITEMS. 12.1 The Tenant shall pay the Landlord on demand a fair proportion of all costs payable by the Landlord for the maintenance, repair, lighting, cleaning and renewal of all Service Media, structures and other items not on the Building but used or capable of being used by the Building in common with other land. 12.2 The Tenant shall comply with all reasonable regulations the Landlord may make from time to time in connection with the use of any of those Service Media, structures or other items.

COMMON ITEMS. 12.1 The Tenant shall pay the Landlord on demand a fair proportion of all costs payable by the Landlord for the maintenance, repair, lighting, cleaning and renewal (where beyond economic repair) of all Service Media, structures and other items not on the Building but used or capable of being used by the Building Property in common with other landproperty. 12.2 The Tenant shall comply with all reasonable regulations the Landlord may make from time to time in connection with the use of the Retained Parts or any of those Service MediaXxxxx, structures or other items. 12.3 The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the cost of replacing any lost access control fobs.

COMMON ITEMS. 12.1 10.1 The Tenant shall pay the Landlord on demand a fair proportion of all costs payable by the Landlord for the maintenance, repair, lighting, cleaning and renewal of all Service Media, structures and other items not on the Building but used or capable of being used by the Building Property in common with other landproperty. 12.2 10.2 The Tenant shall comply with all reasonable regulations the Landlord may make from time to time in connection with the use of any of those Service Media, structures or other items.

COMMON ITEMS. 12.1 The 11.1 From the date of this Lease the Tenant shall pay the Landlord on demand a fair proportion of all costs payable by the Landlord for the maintenance, repair, lighting, cleaning and renewal of all Service Media, structures and other items not on the Building but Media used or capable of being used by the Building Property in common with other landwithin the Landlord’s Estate or Landlord’s Adjoining Property. 12.2 11.2 The Tenant shall comply with all reasonable regulations the Landlord may make from time to time in connection with the use of any of those Service Mediamedia, structures or other items.
