Common use of COMMON ITEMS Clause in Contracts

COMMON ITEMS. 10.1 The Tenant shall pay the Landlord within 10 working days of written demand the Tenant's Proportion of all costs payable by the Landlord for the maintenance, repair, lighting, cleaning and renewal of all Service Media, structures and other items not on the Building but used or capable of being used by the Building in common with other land.

COMMON ITEMS. 10.1 The Tenant shall pay the Landlord within 10 working 14 days of written demand the Tenant's Proportion a fair proportion of all costs payable reasonably and properly incurred by the Landlord for the maintenance, repair, lighting, cleaning and where beyond economic repair renewal of all Service Media, structures and other items not on the Building but used or capable of being used by the Building in common with other land.
