Common Membership Units. The Common Membership Units shall consist of equal units (and may be issued in fractional units). The Common Membership Units shall have the rights and obligations set forth herein including being entitled to share in distributions and allocations as provided in Sections 5.5, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4 and 7.3, and as otherwise provided in this Agreement.
