Common Ownership Transfer. Wireless Provider’s complete assignment of all of Wireless Provider’s rights and interests in the Right-of-way and approved Site License Agreements to single assignee who is and remains a wholly owned subsidiary of Wireless Provider’s sole owner as of the date of this agreement (or a wholly owned subsidiary of a wholly owned subsidiary of Wireless Provider’s sole owner as of the date of this Agreement).
