Common use of Common Stock Defined Clause in Contracts

Common Stock Defined. Subject to the provisions of Section 7 -------------------- hereof, shares issuable upon exercise or exchange hereof shall include only shares of the class designated as Common Stock of the Company as of the date hereof or shares of any class or classes resulting from any reclassification or reclassifications thereof or as a result of any corporate reorganization as provided for in Section 7 hereof.
