Common use of Common Stock Reserved Clause in Contracts

Common Stock Reserved. The Company shall at all times reserve and keep available for issuance upon the conversion of the Promissory Notes, such number of its authorized but unissued shares of Common Stock as shall from time to time be issuable upon the conversion of all Promissory Notes at the time outstanding.
