Common use of Commonwealth Approval Clause in Contracts

Commonwealth Approval. Any changes to this Agreement that require the prior approval of the Commonwealth under the Commonwealth Agreement being changes which: (a) are or may be inconsistent with the Commonwealth Agreement; or (b) affects the Lead Agent’s ability to comply with the Commonwealth Agreement; must not be made without such prior written approval of the Commonwealth.

Commonwealth Approval. Any changes to this Agreement agreement that require the prior approval of the Commonwealth under the Commonwealth Agreement being changes which:which:111 (a) are or may be inconsistent affect the Company's ability to comply with any of its obligations under the Commonwealth Agreement, particularly clauses 5.1 and 5.3 of the Commonwealth Agreement; or (b) affects changes the Lead Agent’s ability to comply with Participants from those listed in Schedule 7 of the Commonwealth Agreement; Agreement (including an admission of new Parties under clause 29 of this agreement or the retirement or expulsion from the Centre under clause 30 of this agreement), must not be made without such prior written approval of the Commonwealth.

Any changes to this Agreement agreement that require the prior approval of the Commonwealth under the Commonwealth Agreement being changes which: (a) are or may be inconsistent with the Commonwealth Agreement; (b) affect the Company's ability to comply with any of its obligations under the Commonwealth Agreement; or (bc) affects changes the Lead Agent’s ability to comply with Essential Participants from those listed in Schedule 5 of the Commonwealth Agreement; Agreement (including the retirement or expulsion from the Centre under clause 31 of this agreement), must not be made without such prior written approval of the Commonwealth.
