Commonwealth Hold-Harmless. Participating Provider shall hold harmless the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, its officers and employees and all Members in the event of non-payment by Avesis. Participating Provider shall further indemnify and hold harmless the Commonwealth, its agents, officers and employees against all injuries, death, losses, damages, claims, suits, liabilities, judgments, costs and expenses which may in any manner accrue against the Commonwealth or its agent, officers or employees, thought the intentional conduct, negligence or omission of Participating Provider, its agents, officers or employees, or Sponsor.
