Commonwealth’s Pension Liability Fund Sample Clauses

Commonwealth’s Pension Liability Fund. The Commonwealth’s Pension Liability Fund shall include all assets of the State Employees’ Retirement System and the Teachers’ Retirement System except for the Annuity Savings Fund, the Annuity Reserve Fund and the Expense Fund of each such system. The Trustees shall account for the Commonwealth’s Pension Liability Fund as a portion of the PRIT Fund in accordance with the provisions of G.L.c.32§22(8)(e).
