Common use of Communicating with the Arbitrator Clause in Contracts

Communicating with the Arbitrator. An important principle of arbitration under the Plan is that the Parties may not communicate with the Arbitrator except in the presence of one another. All communications to and from the Arbitrator, either before or after the hearing, must be through the Provincial Administrator who, in turn, will pass the information to the Arbitrator and to the other Party.
