Communication and Technology. When notified of availability by Buyer, the Seller shall be required to connect to Buyer’s EDI systems to provide two-way electronic communication for items that include, but are not limited to ASNs, invoices, schedules, etc. All costs associated with the connection and use of the systems will be borne by the Seller.
