Communication by Holders of Notes with Other Holders of Notes. Holders of Notes of any series may communicate pursuant to Trust Indenture Act Section 312(b) with other Holders of such series of Notes or other series of Notes with respect to their rights under this Indenture or such series of Notes or all Notes. The Issuers, the Trustee, the Registrar and anyone else shall have the protection of Trust Indenture Act Section 312(c).
