Communication by Holders of Notes with Other Holders of Notes. Any Holder, or group of Holders or beneficial owners, holding in the aggregate more than 10% in principal amount of outstanding Notes may communicate with other Holders with respect to their rights under this Indenture or the Notes, and may instruct the Trustee to deliver such communications to other Holders.
