COMMUNICATION DETAILS. Any communication, including notices, relating to this Agreement shall be made in the English language, and sent either by e-mail, fax, certified mail with return receipt requested, or by overnight delivery by commercial or other service which can verify delivery to the following addresses, and such communication shall be effective as of the date it is received by the other Party. Each Party shall notify the other Party in writing of any change in the communication information contained in this Section 8.1 within fifteen (15) calendar days of such change.
