COMMUNICATION FOR THE ENGINEEER Internet. and e-mail services Where directed, the contractor shall provide 24 hours terrestrial or wireless internet connectivity with minimum throughput speed of 128 kilobytes per second for the exclusive use by the Engineer, including all accessories and Terminal Equipment and pay for all associated installation, maintenance and usage charges throughout the duration of the contract. The contractor shall allow for the provision and maintenance of internet connectivity and associated costs as per Appendix to item 00-00-000 of the Bills of Quantities.
