Communication/Management involvement. The Group undertakes to provide information on this Agreement to:  all employees, to raise awareness of gender equality issues;  managers of the subsidiaries covered by the scope defined in Article 2, to mobilise them to apply this agreement, as well as the HR networks in the countries concerned. The Group is committed to continuing and developing training in equal opportunities including gender equality in the workplace;  employee representatives and trade union organisations in the subsidiaries covered by the scope defined in Article 2; In addition, the topics of gender equality, diversity and the increased representation of women, including in trade union delegations, will be able to be discussed during the seminar to be held every four years, as stipulated in the SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT EWC agreement. This seminar will bring together social partners (including European federations), members of management and Human Resources representatives for the countries concerned. Depending on the topics discussed, outside parties may be invited.

Communication/Management involvement. With regard to this agreement, the Group undertakes to keep informed : - all employees, to make them aware of professional equality issues ; - managers of the subsidiaries that fall within the scope described in article 2, to get them involved in the application of this agreement and particularly the HR networks within the countries concerned. The Group is committed to continuing and developing equal opportunity training including professional equality between women and men ; - personnel representatives and trade union organisations in the subsidiaries concerned by the scope defined in article 2 ; - a European launch seminar will be organised within 6 months of signing the agreement in coordination with the European federations. This seminar will bring together social partners, management and representatives from human resources departments in the countries concerned.

  • Communications and Operations Management a. Network Penetration Testing - DST shall, on approximately an annual basis, contract with an independent third party to conduct a network penetration test on its network having access to or holding or containing Fund Data. DST shall have a process to review and evaluate high risk findings resulting from this testing.

  • Incident Event and Communications Management a. Incident Management/Notification of Breach - DST shall develop, implement and maintain an incident response plan that specifies actions to be taken when DST or one of its subcontractors suspects or detects that a party has gained material unauthorized access to Fund Data or systems or applications containing any Fund Data (the “Response Plan”). Such Response Plan shall include the following: i. Escalation Procedures - An escalation procedure that includes notification to senior managers and appropriate reporting to regulatory and law enforcement agencies. This procedure shall provide for reporting of incidents that compromise the confidentiality of Fund Data (including backed up data) to Fund via telephone or email (and provide a confirmatory notice in writing as soon as practicable); provided that the foregoing notice obligation is excused for such period of time as DST is prohibited by law, rule, regulation or other governmental authority from notifying Fund. ii. Incident Reporting - DST will use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly furnish to Fund information that DST has regarding the general circumstances and extent of such unauthorized access to the Fund Data.

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager.   • Construction Management Services a. A-E may be required to review and recommend approval of submittals, shop drawings, Request for Information (RFI) and/or calculations for temporary structures such as trench shoring, false work and other temporary structural forms. b. A-E may be required to review and advise the County Representative on the overall project schedule, including staging and completion dates, duration, milestones, and interfaces. Immediately notify Representative if the proposed work schedule does not conform to the contract documents, including the plans, specifications, and permits or that may require special inspection or testing, or work stoppage. c. Review on a monthly basis the project schedule and/or Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule submitted by the Construction Contractor. Make recommendations concerning the Construction Contractor’s adherence thereto. Recommend possible solutions to scheduling problems so as to complete the project on time, within budget, and in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. d. Review scope of work and identify potential contract change orders. Prepare independent cost estimates for any changes resulting from design revisions or change in field conditions. Prepare and recommend for approval all contract change orders. e. Evaluate the merit of any potential claims or requests for equitable adjustment submitted by the Construction Contractor. Prepare analysis of potential claims include recommendations regarding settlement of the claims. f. Assist County staff in project related issues with other Agencies, or departments, engineering and material testing support firms, CEQA consultants, utilities agencies, etc. g. Assist in community outreach meetings and media relations h. Review for acceptance/approval of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) in accordance with the general Permit of Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity (Construction General Permit, including dewatering/diversion plans per the State’s DeMinimus Permit).

  • COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN THE PARTIES A copy of all communications relating to the subject matter of this Agreement between the Issuer and any Paying Agent (other than the Agent) shall be sent to the Agent.
