Common use of Communication of Contents of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Communication of Contents of Agreement. While employed by the Company and for 18 months thereafter, the Executive shall communicate the contents of this paragraph 7 to any Person that the Executive intends to be employed by, associated with or represent.

Communication of Contents of Agreement. While employed by the Company and for 18 twelve (12) months thereafter, the Executive shall communicate the contents of this paragraph 7 to any Person that the Executive intends to be employed by, associated with or represent.

Communication of Contents of Agreement. While employed by the Company During Executive’s employment and for 18 eighteen (18) months thereafter, the Executive shall will communicate the contents of his or her obligations under this paragraph 7 to any Person that the person, firm, association, partnership, corporation or other entity which Executive intends to be employed by, associated with with, or represent.

Communication of Contents of Agreement. While employed by the Company and for 18 12 months thereafter, the Executive shall communicate the contents of this paragraph 7 to any Person that the Executive intends to be employed by, associated with or represent.

Communication of Contents of Agreement. While employed by the Company and for 18 months two (2) years thereafter, the Executive shall will communicate the contents of this paragraph 7 of this Agreement to any Person person, firm, association, partnership, corporation or other entity that the Executive intends to be employed by, associated with with, or represent.
