Common use of Communication of Offer Clause in Contracts

Communication of Offer. The offer to sell the Securities was directly communicated to the Subscriber by the Company. At no time was the Subscriber presented with or solicited by any leaflet, newspaper or magazine article, radio or television advertisement, or any other form of general advertising or solicited or invited to attend a promotional meeting otherwise than in connection and concurrently with such communicated offer.

Communication of Offer. The offer to sell the Securities was directly communicated to the such Subscriber by the Company. At no time was the such Subscriber presented with or solicited by any leaflet, newspaper or magazine article, radio or television advertisement, or any other form of general advertising or solicited or invited to attend a promotional meeting otherwise than in connection and concurrently with such communicated offer.

Communication of Offer. The offer to sell the Securities was directly communicated to the Subscriber by the CompanySubscriber. Communication of Offer. The offer to sell the Securities was directly communicated to the Subscriber by the Company. Communication of Offer. The offer to sell the Securities was directly communicated to the Subscriber by the Company and no other person has solicited an investment in the Notes on behalf of the Company, except the Broker identified in the Disclosure Schedule. At no time was the Subscriber presented with or solicited by any leaflet, newspaper or magazine article, radio or television advertisement, or any other form of general advertising or solicited or invited to attend a promotional meeting otherwise than in connection and concurrently with such communicated offer.

Communication of Offer. The offer to sell the Securities was directly communicated to the Subscriber Holder by the Company. At no time was the Subscriber Holder presented with or solicited by any leaflet, newspaper or magazine article, radio or television advertisement, or any other form of general advertising or solicited or invited to attend a promotional meeting otherwise than in connection and concurrently with such communicated offer.

Communication of Offer. The offer to sell the Securities was directly communicated to the Subscriber by the Company.
