Common use of Communication of Vacancies Clause in Contracts

Communication of Vacancies. Teaching positions or vacancies that may be created or occur throughout the year shall be communicated to teachers in the program before they are filled. All program vacancies except those identified as new position or new site as defined in 13.2.3 of this article shall be posted and filled as established in this Article.
