Common use of Communication Preferences Clause in Contracts

Communication Preferences. By registering for an account, you consent to receiving electronic communications from the Company relating to your account. These communications may involve sending emails to your email address provided during registration and will include notices about your account and are part of your relationship with the Company. You acknowledge that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications that the Company sends to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that these communications be in writing. The Company recommends that you keep copies of electronic communications by printing a paper copy or saving an electronic copy. You also consent to receiving certain other communications from the Company, including newsletters about new features and content, special offers, promotional announcements, and customer surveys via email or other methods. You acknowledge that communications you receive from the Company may contain sexually-explicit material unsuitable for minors. If you no longer want to receive certain non-transactional communications, please review the Privacy Policy regarding opting out of marketing communications or click unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.
