COMMUNICATION SERVICES for the Department State of Health Services-Substance Abuse (DSHS-SA) 2.1 Contractor shall provide services to DSHS-funded substance abuse providers. Note: Peer support group meetings shall not be reimbursed under this Contract (i.e., Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous). 2.2 Contractor shall provide certified interpreters for all assignments. 2.3 Contractor shall not provide services without a DSHS-SA-approved communication access service request form in which the request has been approved by the DSHS Contract Manager. Contractor shall not provide services for any changes made to the request unless the changes have been approved by the DSHS Contract Manager. Contractor shall submit an approved DSHS Contract Manager approved request form and any DSHS Contract Manager approved changes for services billed along with the monthly invoice. Contractor will not be reimbursed for services if a DSHS-SA-approved form is not provided and if services provided were not approved by the DSHS Contract Manager.

COMMUNICATION SERVICES. If a trailer tracking unit is installed on an Item of Equipment, Lessee is permitted, on a non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited basis, to use the tracking unit and related communication services solely for the purpose of monitoring the Equipment. Lessee agrees to use any software included in the tracking unit only in connection with Xxxxxx's use of the communication services, and shall not copy the software or provide the software or access to the software to any third-party. Xxxxxx agrees that it will not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the trailer tracking unit or software. Lessor reserves the right to terminate the communication services, and the sub-licenses granted pursuant to this Section 21, at any time on thirty (30) days advance notice to Lessee. Lessee acknowledges that disruption of communication services may occur from time to time for maintenance and other reasons beyond the control of Lessor, and hereby releases Lessor and all of its licensors, and the underlying wireless services carrier from all liability relating to such disruption.
COMMUNICATION SERVICES. The Contractor shall assure that its subcontractors have the license(s), credentials, qualifications or experience to provide services to the MSSP Participant.
COMMUNICATION SERVICES. We may provide you with the opportunity to communicate with other Users within the Services, or with other third parties through the Services (“Communication Services”). You may choose whether or not you would like to use the Communication Services. You agree that you have received permission to communicate with any third parties who are not Users through the Communication Services, and that such third parties have agreed to Intuit’s use and disclosure of data available in the Communication Services in accordance with this Agreement. Users who you communicate with may have access in the future to the data provided through the Communication Services, and you may not have the ability to restrict that access. Intuit’s systems may extract certain data (e.g., numbers, names, or attachments) from the Communication Services and provide it to you in other parts of the Services.
