Information Services Traffic. 5.1 For purposes of this Section, (a) Voice Information Service means a service that provides [i] recorded voice announcement information or [ii] a vocal discussion program open to the public, and (b) Voice Information Service Traffic means intraLATA switched voice traffic, delivered to a Voice Information Service. Voice Information Service Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Service Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information Service Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a BTLLC Customer is served by resold Verizon dial tone line Telecommunications Service or a Verizon Local Switching UNE, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Service Traffic originating from such Service or UNE to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network unless a feature blocking such Voice Information Service Traffic has been installed. In addition to any other charges for such Voice Information Service Traffic, BTLLC shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to BTLLC. BTLLC shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not BTLLC collects such charges from its own Customer. 5.3 BTLLC shall have the option to route Voice Information Service Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network. In the event BTLLC exercises such option, BTLLC will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized solely to allow BTLLC to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. In addition to any other charges for such Voice Information Service Traffic, BTLLC shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to BTLLC . BTLLC shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not BTLLC collects such charges from its own Customer.
Information Services Traffic. The following provisions shall apply only to TCG-originated Information Services Traffic directed to an information services platform connected to BA’s network. At such time as TCG connects Information Services platforms to its network, the Parties shall agree upon a comparable arrangement for BA-originated Information Services Traffic. 7.1.1 TCG shall have the option to route Information Services Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate information services platform(s) connected to BA’s network. In the event TCG exercises such option, TCG will establish a dedicated trunk group to the BA information services serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow TCG to route information service traffic originated on its network to BA. 7.1.2 TCG shall provide an electronic file transfer or monthly magnetic tape containing recorded call detail information to BA. 7.1.3 BA shall provide to TCG via electronic file transfer or magnetic tape or other means as available all necessary information to rate the Information Services Traffic to TCG’s Customers pursuant to the BA’s agreements with each information services provider. Information shall be provided in as timely a fashion as practical in order to facilitate record review and reflect actual prices set by the individual information services providers. 7.1.4 TCG shall bill and collect such information services provider charges and remit the amounts collected to BA less: (a) The Information Services Billing and Collection fee set forth in Exhibit A; and (b) An uncollectibles reserve calculated based on the uncollectibles reserve in BA’s billing and collection agreement with the applicable information services provider; and (c) Customer adjustments provided by TCG. TCG shall provide to BA sufficient information regarding uncollectibles and Customer adjustments to allow BA to pass through the adjustments to the information services provider, and BA shall pass through such adjustments. However, if the information services provider disputes such adjustments and refuses to accept such adjustments, TCG shall reimburse BA for all such disputed adjustments. Final resolution regarding all disputed adjustments shall be solely between TCG and the information services provider. 7.1.5 Nothing in this Agreement shall restrict either Party from offering, or obviate either Party’s obligations, if any, under Applicable Laws to offer, to its Telephone Exchange Service Customers the ability to block the co...

Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a Z-Tel Customer is served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Service or a Verizon Local Switching UNE, subject to any call blocking feature used by Z-Tel, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Services Traffic originating from such Service or UNE to the Voice Information Service platform. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless Z-Tel has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to ▇▇▇▇ and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from Z-Tel’s Customers, Z-Tel shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges, less the Information Services Billing and Collections Fee as set forth in the pricing attachment following. Except as specifically provided below, Z-Tel shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects such charges from its own Customers. 5.3 Notwithstanding the foregoing, Verizon shall provide adjustments for eligible information services calls in parity with the way it treats its own end-user customers, i.e., two (2) adjustments per line per year. In cases where Z-Tel is unable to collect from an end user charges for Information Service Traffic, Z-Tel may request and Verizon shall provide credits for such Information Service Traffic charges (i.e, an “adjustment”) for a maximum of two adjustments per originating end user line number per year. In order for Verizon to pass through uncollectibles and other Customer adjustments to the appropriate information services provider, Z-Tel shall provide to Verizon sufficient information regarding such uncollectibles and other Customer adjustments. Information Services Traffic. 7.1.1 Each Party shall route Information Service Traffic which originates on its own network to the appropriate information services platform(s) connected to the other Party's network over the Local/IntraLATA Trunks. 7.1.2 The Party (“Originating Party”) on whose network the Information Services Traffic originated shall provide an electronic file transfer or monthly magnetic tape containing recorded call detail information to the Party (“Terminating Party”) to whose information platform the Information Services Traffic terminated. 7.1.3 The Terminating Party shall provide to the Originating Party via electronic file transfer or magnetic tape all necessary information to rate the Information Services Traffic to the Originating Party's Customers. 7.1.4 The Originating Party will have no obligation to ▇▇▇▇ and collect the Information Services Provider’s charges from Originating Party’s customers unless a separate billing and collection agreement is signed with either the Terminating Party or Information Services Provider.

VII.1.4 The Originating Party shall bill and collect such information provider charges and remit the amounts collected to the Terminating Party less: (a) The Information Services Billing and Collection fee set forth at Item III of the Pricing Schedule; and (b) An uncollectibles reserve calculated based on the uncollectibles reserve in the Terminating Party's billing and collection agreement with the applicable information provider; and (c) Customer adjustments provided by the Originating Party. The Originating Party shall provide to the Terminating Party sufficient information regarding uncollectibles and Customer adjustments. The Terminating Party shall pass through the adjustments to the information provider. Final resolution regarding all disputed adjustments shall be solely between the Originating Party and the information provider. VII.1.5 Nothing in this Agreement shall restrict either Party from offering to its Telephone Exchange Service Customers the ability to block the completion of Information Service Traffic.

In the event VERIZON performs switching of information service provider traffic associated with resale for SPRINT, VERIZON shall provide to SPRINT the same call detail records that VERIZON records for its own Customers, so as to allow SPRINT to ▇▇▇▇ its Customers.
