Communication with Issuer. The Pledgor authorizes the Collateral Agent at any time and from time to time to communicate with the Issuer with regard to any matter relating to any Pledged Collateral; provided however that, if an Event of Default has not occurred, the Collateral Agent shall provide the Pledgor with prior notice of any such communication with the Issuer and the Pledgor shall be permitted to participate in such communications.
