Communication with Managers. Marriott may communicate directly with the managers at the Properties about day-to-day operations of the Properties and Marriott may rely on such statements of the managers. Such communications will not affect the requirements of Section 24 or Section 26.7. Marriott will under no circumstances direct or control such Property operations.
