Communications and Data Management. Contractor shall manage the project data by ensuring the Contractor’s project management system contains complete and up-to-date data, and that projects are moving at a reasonable speed through the OR-MEP process. Contractor shall closely monitor the amount of time that projects remain static to determine whether any project challenges or report updates are delaying progress. Contractor shall use an Agency-approved system to track and store project communication and information. Contractor shall facilitate consistent lines of communication with the project teams through automated workflow management functions within the system. The system shall both track project communication and schedule automated project follow-up. During the project application and incentive request process, Contractor shall collect application packages from project teams containing at a minimum but not limited to the following information: a. Customer demographic information. b. Building history and information. c. Property retrofit scope of work and cost. d. Start and end date of the planned property upgrades. e. Contractor and energy analyst contact information. f. Detailed measure specifications. g. Energy savings by end use category. h. QA inspection results and corrective action results. i. Inspector contact information.
