Communications by post Sample Clauses
The 'Communications by post' clause defines how official notices and communications between parties must be sent and received via postal mail. Typically, it specifies the addresses to which correspondence should be directed, the acceptable methods of posting (such as registered or first-class mail), and when a communication is considered delivered—often a set number of days after posting. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear, agreed-upon process for sending and receiving important documents, reducing disputes about whether and when communications have been properly delivered.
