Communications by the Borrower. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Borrower’s communications with respect to the Loan Documents shall be with the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent, as the case may be, and the Borrower shall be under no obligation to communicate directly with the Lenders.
