COMMUNICATIONS COLLATERAL. To secure the full and complete payment and performance of the Obligation, Borrower shall cause Communications and each Subsidiary of Communications which owns any equity interest in Borrower (if any), to enter into Collateral Documents pursuant to which, among other things, each such entity grants, pledges, assigns, and creates first priority Liens in favor of Administrative Agent (for the ratable benefit of Lenders) in 100% of the issued and outstanding stock, equity, or other investment securities of Borrower owned by such entity.
