Communications Facilities wire or cable facilities including but not limited to fiber optic, copper and/or coaxial cables or wires utilized to provide Communications Service including any and all associated equipment. Unless otherwise specified by the parties, the term “Communications Facilities” does not include pole mounted wireless antennas, receivers or transceivers. Strand-mounted wireless equipment that does not restrict Climbing Space shall be considered Communications Facilities.
Communications Facilities a) The communications facilities described below will be paid for, owned, and installed by Generator.
i) one (1) dedicated voice dispatch circuit between TSP’s Corpus Christi, TX dispatch office and Generator’s control center, including associated interface equipment at Generator’s control center ii) one (1) RTU communications circuit between the Substation and TSP’s master SCADA system at TSP’s Abilene, TX dispatch office iii) one (1) telephone company interface box (demarcation equipment) at the Substation for demarcation of telephone company circuits
Communications Facilities. Facilities the Company is willing to specially construct or otherwise acquire in order to provide Service(s) to the Customer.
Communications Facilities. Specified Disputes arising out of or in conjunction with the communications System or Facilities of Pathnet, of Railroad, or of both, or the capacity and/or installation, maintenance and/or use of the same, shall be referred initially to Pathnet's system manager (or other representative designated by Pathnet) for decision, which shall be rendered, in writing, within thirty (30) days after submission.
Communications Facilities. The Shareholders/Limited Partners hereby consent to a Shareholder/Limited Partner or any person entitled to attend a meeting of Shareholders/Limited Partners participating in the meeting by means of telephone or other communication facilities that permit all persons participating in the meeting to hear each other.
Communications Facilities. Licensor shall have the responsibility to install and maintain such communications facilities as may be reasonably necessary to permit Licensee to have access to the KGIS as contemplated by this Agreement. Licensee shall install those facilities from the KGIS communication network to a mutually agreeable access point in Licensee’s communication network. Licensee shall be responsible for installation and maintenance of any communications facilities from the point of connection to the Licensor’s GIS facilities. Licensee shall maintain its communications facilities in such a way that there can be no infiltration of the KGIS by any unauthorized means.
Communications Facilities. Landowner may construct and operate or permit others to construct and operate, communications facilities such as cell towers or 911 communications towers, so long as the facilities are located and constructed to minimize their visibility from any public road, and where the design, location and construction of the communication facilities as well as the design, location and construction of the access roads to the communication facilities do not impair the Conservation Values. Permission to construct and operate communication facilities is in the sole and absolute discretion of the Rangeland Trust.
Communications Facilities. The Association may post notices of activities and matters of Association concern on teacher bulletin boards, at least one of which will be provided in each school building. The Association may use the teacher mail boxes, interschool mail service and school email accounts for communication to members. Association communications will be conducted before the beginning of the student day, at lunch, and after student release. Reasonable flexibility will be given to Association officers for urgent or time-sensitive matters.
Communications Facilities. The use of District mail service, teacher mailboxes, and designated bulletin boards in each building is for the purpose of giving notice of Association activities and matters of Association concern. The Association shall be responsible for any postage owed as a result of use of the District mail service.
Communications Facilities. A. Inter school mail facilities, electronic mail, district computers and bulletin boards may be used for distribution of Association communications, so long as such communications are labeled as Association materials and do not constitute an unfair labor practice and are consistent with law.
B. School facilities and equipment may be used for Association business at reasonable times provided that such business shall not interfere with the normal school operations.
C. Application for the use of school buildings shall be placed with the building principal. Charges for use of facilities may be made in accordance with the regular schedule of charges made to public groups. The Association shall be responsible for damage resulting from their use of facilities and equipment.
D. The principal is to consult with the employee prior to scheduling activities in the employee's classroom during non school hours during the school year. The employee is to receive advance notice whenever such activities are scheduled in his/her classroom.
E. The Board agrees to provide the Association any relevant information needed to assist them in processing grievances, and analyzing budget proposals, provided such information is not of a confidential nature.
