Common use of Communications of Holders Clause in Contracts

Communications of Holders. Holders may communicate with other Holders with respect to their rights under this Indenture or under the Securities pursuant to TIA Section 312(b). The Company and the Trustee and any and all other persons benefited by this Indenture shall have the protection afforded by TIA Section 312(c).

Communications of Holders. Holders may communicate with other Holders with respect to their 103 rights under this Indenture or under the Securities Notes pursuant to TIA Section 312(b)) of the TIA. The Company Trustee shall comply with 312(b) of the TIA. The Company, any Subsidiary Guarantors and the Trustee and any and all other persons Persons benefited by this Indenture shall have the protection afforded by TIA Section 312(c)) of the TIA.
