Communications Regarding Demands to Purchase Receivables. The Indenture Trustee agrees to cooperate in good faith with any reasonable request by the Depositor for information which is required in order to enable the Depositor to comply with the provisions of Items 1104(e) and 1121(c) of Regulation AB and Rule 15Ga-1 under the Exchange Act as it relates to the Indenture Trustee or to the Indenture Trustee’s obligations under this Agreement. The Indenture Trustee shall provide the Depositor with notification, as soon as practicable and in any event within five (5) Business Days, of all demands communicated to the Indenture Trustee for the repurchase or replacement of any Receivable.
