COMMUNICATIONS RELATING TO THE REINSURANCE CONTRACT. Following the Effective Time, Retrocedant and Retrocessionaire shall each promptly forward to the other copies of all material notices and other written communications it receives relating to the Reinsurance Contract (including, without limitation, all inquiries and complaints from state insurance regulators, brokers and other service providers and reinsureds and all notices of claims, suits and actions for which it receives service of process).
