Communications Via Internet. The Borrower and each Guarantor hereby authorize the Administrative Agent and each other Agent and each Lender and their respective counsel, engineers and advisors to communicate and transfer documents and other information (including, without limitation, confidential information) concerning this transaction or the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and the Property or the business affairs of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries via the Internet or other electronic communication without regard to the lack of security of such communications.

Communications Via Internet. Borrower hereby authorizes the Agent and each Lender and their respective counsel, engineers and advisors to communicate and transfer documents and other information (including confidential information) concerning this transaction or Borrower and the Collateral or the business affairs of Borrower via the Internet or other electronic communication without regard to the lack of security of such communications.

Communications Via Internet. Administrator and each Loan Party by its or his execution of the Loan Documents to which it or he is a party, hereby authorizes Lender and its counsel to communicate and transfer documents and other information (including without limitation, confidential information) concerning this transaction or Borrower or any other Loan Party or the business affairs of Borrower and any other Loan Party by unencrypted e-mail sent over the Internet without regard to the lack of security of such communications.

Communications Via Internet. Borrower and each Loan Party by its or his execution of the Loan Documents to which it or he is a party, hereby authorizes Lender and its counsel to communicate and transfer documents and other information (including without limitation, confidential information) concerning this transaction or Borrower or any other Loan Party or the business affairs of Borrower and any other Loan Party via the Internet or other electronic communication without regard to the lack of security of such communications.
