Communications with other Advisers. Except as provided below, Sub-Adviser shall not consult with any other adviser to (i) the Fund, (ii) any other series of the Trust, or (iii) any other investment company under common control with the Trust concerning transactions of the Fund in securities or other assets. This limitation shall not prohibit Sub-Adviser from consulting with the Manager or the Primary Sub-Adviser.
