Common use of Communications with Regulators and Legal Actions Clause in Contracts

Communications with Regulators and Legal Actions. The Parties may receive requests for information from regulatory authorities including, but not limited to, the SEC and FINRA. The Parties agree to treat such communications as Confidential Information where such requests reasonably relate to the substance of this Agreement and business relationship between the Parties. To the extent permissible under the Applicable Laws and Rules, each Party agrees to notify the other Parties in writing promptly of any material legal or regulatory investigation or action taken against it that may reasonably relate to the Services provided pursuant to this Agreement.
