Community Based Long-Term Services and Supports Available to All Members. The MCO must enter into written contracts with Providers of Personal Assistance Services and Day Activity and Health Services (DAHS) to ensure access to these services for all STAR+PLUS Members. At a minimum, these Providers must meet all of the following state licensure and certification requirements for providing the services in Attachment B-2.2, “STAR+PLUS Covered Services.” Community-based Long-Term Services and Supports Available to All Members Service Licensure and Certification Requirements Primary Home Care The Provider must be licensed by DADS as a Home and Community Support Services Agency (HCSSA).
