COMMUNITY DATA. Community data based on surveys of groups of people rather than individuals and can be utilized for community surveys of nutrients intake and for identifying different food consumption patterns. It provides community, socioeconomic and geographic information and permits comparison between different times and regions. Food accounts, inventories, household record and list recall are the four major methods of measurements used in community surveys. This method becomes unreliable when large amounts of food are eaten outside the home and it gives no indication of distribution of food intake within households (Xxxxxxx & Xxxxx, 2001; Xxxxxxxx, 2009).
