Common use of Community First Choice Option Clause in Contracts

Community First Choice Option. (CFCO)‌ Workers performing services as individual provider home care workers under Agency Model of Community First Choice Option, authorized in 42 CFR 441.545 and RCW 74.39A.400, shall be members of the bargaining unit and this Agreement shall be in full force and effect with respect to such home care workers for all covered hours of work for such workers when providing in home care services as defined in RCW 74.39A.240, relief care, and allowed skills acquisition training tasks.
