Community Jobs Report. The Community Jobs Report shall contain a statement as to the full-time jobs at the Project for the immediately preceding year (each, an “Annual Report Year”) using the methodology provided above, and shall provide such supporting extracts from the Company’s employment records (consistent with the privacy rights of its employees) as the Authority shall reasonably request.
