Related to Community Licences

  • Sub-licensing The Licensee shall be entitled to grant sub-licences of its rights under this Agreement to any person, provided that:

  • Community Engagement The HSP will engage the community of diverse persons and entities in the area where it provides health services when setting priorities for the delivery of health services and when developing plans for submission to the LHIN including but not limited to CAPS and integration proposals. As part of its community engagement activities, the HSPs will have in place and utilize effective mechanisms for engaging families, caregivers, clients, residents, patients and other individuals who use the services of the HSP, to help inform the HSP plans, including the HSP’s contribution to the establishment and implementation by the LHIN of geographic sub-regions in its local health system.

  • Community Services a) Grantee shall provide the community-based services outlined in Texas Health and Safety Code Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter § 534.053, as incorporated into services defined in Information Item G, incorporated by reference and posted at: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xxx/doing-business-hhs/provider-portals/behavioral-health- services-providers/behavioral-health-provider-resources/community-mental-health- contracts.

  • Permits/Licenses Contractor and all Contractor’s employees or agents shall secure and maintain in force all permits and licenses that are required by law in connection with the furnishing of Services pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Evaluation Licenses Access to the Software may be provided to You for beta, demonstration, test, or evaluation purposes, (collectively, “Evaluation Licenses”). For any Evaluation Licenses, the term shall be limited to thirty (30) days (the “Evaluation Period”), unless otherwise agreed to by Xxxxxxxxx in writing. Evaluation Licenses are limited specifically to use for evaluation or demonstration purposes only, and You agree not to use such Software in a production or non-test environment. Your use of the Software under an Evaluation License is provided as-is, without any representations or warranties of any kind, and is at Your sole risk. Honeywell has no obligation to support, maintain or provide any assistance regarding any Evaluation Licenses. IN NO EVENT WILL HONEYWELL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, STATUTORY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, DAMAGE TO SYSTEMS OR EQUIPMENT, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION).
