With input and information provided from sources including the DDC Office of Community Outreach and Notification, the Community Board and elected officials, the CCL shall develop a Community Notification Network, identifying key community institutions and organizations by name, association and address. The CCL shall keep field office records regarding community interaction, including without limitation, complaints received and all correspondence, meetings, and task force minutes.
