Commutation and Amendment of Other Reinsurance Agreements. (a) The SCA Parties intend to, but shall not be obligated to, commute or amend the reinsurance agreements the SCA Parties have with third parties that are identified on Schedule 2.04; provided, that until October 15, 2008, no commutation or amendment of any agreement listed on Schedule 2.04 may involve the payment of cash or other consideration by any SCA Party. For the avoidance of doubt, no commutation or amendment of any agreement listed on Schedule 2.04 shall involve the payment of Allocated Funds.
