Common use of Companies Affording Insurance Clause in Contracts

Companies Affording Insurance. 7.7.5.1 The Parties agree that companies affording the insurance coverage required under Section 7.7 shall have a rating of B+ or better and a Financial Size Category rating of VII or better, as rated in the A.M. Best Key Rating Guide for Property and Casualty Insurance Companies. Upon request from the other Party, each Party shall provide to the other Party evidence of such insurance coverage. 7.7.5.2 Each Party agrees that their insurers will endeavor to provide the other Party with at least thirty (30) calendar days advance written notice of cancellation, of any of the insurance policies required herein.
