Common use of Company Acknowledgement Clause in Contracts

Company Acknowledgement. The Company acknowledges that the Company has received the aggregate nominal amount of the Ordinary Shares underlying the Warrant ADSs upon exercise of this Warrant and the Company shall hold such aggregate nominal amount in trust and shall apply it as applicable in connection with exercises of this Warrant pursuant to Section 2(c) herein.

Company Acknowledgement. The Company acknowledges that that, if the Company has received the aggregate nominal amount of the Ordinary Shares underlying the Warrant ADSs issuable upon exercise of this Warrant and Warrant, the Company shall hold such aggregate nominal amount in trust pursuant to the terms of the Purchase Agreement and shall apply it as applicable in payment of the nominal value of the Ordinary Shares issued in connection with exercises of this Warrant pursuant to Section 2(c) herein.

The Company acknowledges that the Company has received the aggregate nominal par value amount of the Ordinary Shares underlying the Warrant ADSs upon exercise of this Warrant and the Company shall hold such aggregate nominal amount in trust and shall apply it as applicable in connection with exercises of this Warrant pursuant to Section 2(c) herein.
