Company acknowledges and agrees with the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions by the placement of an order to purchase, or through Company’s actual purchase of, Product(s) from Simply NUC. All goods are supplied on these terms and conditions and no person in the employment of or as agent for, Simply NUC has any authority to supply goods on any other terms and conditions or to vary these terms and conditions whatsoever. Previous dealings, or other terms accompanying a purchase order submitted by Company, shall not vary, modify, or negate these terms and conditions in any respect.
