Company and Arcelor Standstill Obligations. Except as described in the Purchase Agreement or as otherwise provided in this Agreement, until the second anniversary of the date hereof, the Company and Arcelor will not, whether individually or as part of a “group” (as defined under the Exchange Act), directly or indirectly.
