Common use of Company and Executive recognize Clause in Contracts

Company and Executive recognize. and acknowledge that Executive is employed under this Agreement as an Executive in a position where Executive will be rendering personal services of a special, unique, unusual and extraordinary character requiring extraordinary ingenuity and effort by Executive. Executive hereby acknowledges that compliance with the provisions of Section 7 of the Agreement is necessary to protect the goodwill and other proprietary interests of the Company and that the Company would suffer continuing and irreparable injury which injury is not adequately compensable in monetary damages or at law. Accordingly, Executive agrees that the Company may obtain injunctive relief against the breach or threatened breach of the foregoing provisions, in addition to any other legal remedies which may be available to it under this Agreement.
