Company and Trustee may be Represented. The Company and the Trustee, by their respective officers or directors, and the legal advisers of the Company and the Trustee, may attend any meeting of the Holders, and shall be recognized and given reasonable opportunity to speak to any resolutions proposed for consideration by the meeting, but shall not be entitled to vote thereat, whether in respect of any Special Warrants held by them or otherwise.
