Company Annual Budgets. The Company's operations shall be conducted, expenses shall be incurred, and assets shall be acquired only pursuant to an approved annual budget which shall include on a consolidated basis the Tianyuan Annual Budget approved in terms of Section 8 or the Continental Exploration Budget or CTVH Exploration Budget (as the case may be) approved in terms of Section 6. The annual budget shall include a two-year rolling forecast.
